Count every traveler
Include children in the passenger count and list child-seat needs. Never assume a lap child reduces the seating requirement.
List large items
Report checked bags, carry-ons, strollers, wheelchairs, surfboards and golf bags. Seats available on paper do not establish luggage capacity.
When a custom quote applies
Our estimate form stops publishing a Standard fare above seven passengers and a VIP fare above five. Larger groups require a confirmed vehicle or multiple vehicles.
Confirm the total
A per-person advertisement for a group is not the same as a per-vehicle fare. Ask for the final group total and any extra vehicle, stop or waiting charges.
