Ceiba is the mainland connection
Puerto Rico Ferry lists Ceiba–Vieques and Ceiba–Culebra services. Fajardo marinas and the Ceiba passenger terminal are not interchangeable. Give the ferry terminal on your actual ticket.

Selecting an island hotel matches the relevant via-Ceiba zone. The displayed estimate ends on the mainland at Ceiba. It excludes ferry tickets, boarding, the crossing and the drive from the island pier to your hotel.
Build a realistic buffer
A flight landing time is not a ferry check-in time. Add baggage, the SJU–Ceiba drive and the ferry operator’s current boarding requirement. Check service alerts and ticket availability before committing to a same-day connection.
Flying instead
Check whether an island flight leaves from SJU, SIG or RVR. These are separate airports. Arrange the correct road connection if your itinerary requires an airport change; airfare is not included.
