A request is not confirmation

Submitting the form or sending a message asks for a quote. A reservation is accepted only through written confirmation specifying the provider, journey, fare and pickup arrangements. No card payment is collected on this website.

Prices and vehicle capacity

Website prices are indicative USD amounts per vehicle, for the stated route and direction. Exact accommodation, luggage, dates, seats and availability are checked before confirmation. Standard estimates cover up to seven and VIP SUV estimates up to five, subject to luggage capacity. Larger groups and additional stops require a custom quote.

Payment, changes and cancellation

The written quote must specify payment currency, method, due dates, taxes, tolls, waiting allowance, child-seat arrangements, cancellation conditions and any refund rules. Do not assume a free-cancellation window, a payment method or a delay allowance that has not been confirmed.

Your travel details

Provide the correct airport code, flight numbers, dates, exact hotel and all passengers. Inform us promptly of changes. Times refer to Puerto Rico local time unless stated otherwise. The vehicle, child seats and accessibility arrangements must be confirmed for your requirements.

Connections and journey times

Drive times are estimates and exclude airport arrival procedures. Weather, traffic and road conditions may change them. Ferry tickets and island transport are separate unless explicitly included. Allow appropriate connection time; no ferry sailing or airline connection is guaranteed by a planning estimate.
