Start with the ship confirmation
Send the ship name, sailing date and pier from your cruise documents. Old San Juan waterfront piers and the Pan American terminal in Isla Grande are in different parts of the harbor.
Airport to embarkation
Plan for baggage, road traffic and the cruise line’s final boarding deadline. Do not use the driving time alone as the connection allowance. Agree what happens if the inbound flight is delayed.
Return from the ship
Disembarkation is not a guaranteed pickup time. Arrange a meeting point, contact method and waiting terms. A port-to-airport transfer should reflect your airline check-in requirement.
Groups and bags
List suitcases and mobility equipment when requesting the vehicle. A group carrying cruise luggage may need more space than the passenger count suggests.
