Measure the equipment
Send the number and approximate dimensions of golf cases, surfboard bags, bicycles or other bulky items, plus normal suitcases. Say whether equipment can fold or disassemble. A label such as sports bag does not establish whether it fits through the vehicle opening.
Match the vehicle to the load
The vehicle assignment must account for passengers, child restraints and equipment together. A larger passenger capacity does not guarantee the right cargo space. Request confirmation of the actual arrangement before accepting the fare.
The hotel name still matters
Royal Isabela, Dorado Beach, Río Mar and Hilton Ponce are separate airport routes. Rincón Beach Resort is in Añasco, while many surf stays are in Rincón or Isabela. Enter the full accommodation name so the equipment request is attached to the right journey.
Check handling and extras
Agree any loading assistance, additional vehicle, stop or equipment surcharge in writing. Do not assume an item can ride outside the vehicle or on an unconfirmed rack. Your airline’s equipment policy does not determine the road provider’s capacity.
Plan the return load
Tell the team if the return includes rented gear, purchases or more travelers. Reconfirm the equipment count before departure so the vehicle arriving at your hotel matches what needs to travel to SJU.
