Before accepting the quote
- Confirm the exact property, hotel reception or villa entrance, and any gate authorization.
- List every passenger, suitcase, child-seat request and mobility or sports item.
- Confirm tolls, parking, waiting, extra stops and payment terms in the complete written fare.
Your arrival at San Juan Airport
Send your flight number, date, full hotel name, passenger count and luggage requirements. Use the terminal-specific meeting instructions issued with your written confirmation. A quote request is not a confirmed reservation.
Your return to SJU
Agree on the exact lobby or vehicle-accessible entrance, pickup date and departure flight. The return pickup must allow for road conditions and your airline’s check-in requirement. Confirm both legs separately if you request a round trip.
Price and vehicle capacity
These are zone planning prices, not a hotel-affiliated tariff. Standard estimates cover up to seven passengers and VIP up to five, subject to luggage space. Child seats are requested separately at USD 5 per seat per leg. Larger groups need a custom quote.
Hotel location reference
We are an independent transfer enquiry service. Hotel names identify destinations and do not imply a partnership, hotel endorsement or included transport.
